Angel Wings Tree Service is a licensed and insured LLC registered with the State Corporation Commission. Started in 2003 by Dr Bobby Green and purchased in 2006 by longtime friend Paul Fleetwood, Angel Wings strives to maintain its stellar reputation by continuing to offer high quality workmanship at reasonable prices. Our strict hiring practices (employees are required to keep their pants up without using their hands, speak English as a primary language, and watch their language at all times) ensures that you will have a professional crew working in your yard.

Our continuing education program ensures that employees are kept current with industry standard for safety, proper operation of equipment, and proper tree care.

Our commitment to the environment goes far beyond simple tree removal. Correct timing for proper tree pruning, honey bee removal, and rehabilitation of birds, squirrels, and other animals found in trees being removed are some of the ways Angel Wings strives to protect the environment for later generations to enjoy.

Paul Fleetwood

A native of Norfolk, Va, Paul has demonstrated his love and commitment to his community all of his life. Immediately after graduating from Norview High School, Paul enlisted in the United States Marine Corps; he later worked as a Deputy Sheriff for the Norfolk’s Sheriff Office, after 9-11 Paul spent 5 years working as a contractor in Afghanistan and Iraq, often working side by side with our troops, allies, and indigenous civilians. Paul extends that same drive and commitment to excellence to his customers, company, and crew.

Dr Bobby Green

Dr Bobby Green is a native of High Point, NC, who has hi chemistry degree from HighPoint University and his medical Doctorate from Wake Forest University. He arrived in Hampton Roads in 1998 to complete a residency in Internal Medicine in 1990. He began Angel Wings tree Service in 2003 as an investment opportunity, He took a sabbatical from his medical practice to run the tree business and await new opportunities in medicine. He discovered he enjoyed being outside working, and after selling the business to longtime friend Paul Fleetwood he remained on as a junior partner and senior safety officer.

He is married to Teresa and lives in Hampton, Va with their 4 children ages 19, 14, 8, and 6. He continues to thoroughly enjoy the challenges and work of the tree business but admits that the primary reason for this is the fact that he works with someone who has the integrity and commitment to excellence as his friend, the owner/operator of Angel Wings Tree Service, Paul Fleetwood.

He looks forward to meeting and servicing any tree needs of our neighbors in the Hampton Roads area.
